Steerwise Inc. (collectively "Steerwise," "we," "us," or "our") maintains the www.steerwise.com website ("Site"). By using the ("Site"), you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms of use ("Terms of Use"), which incorporate our Privacy Policy. Please note that certain sections of the Site may have additional or different terms of use or privacy policies applicable to those sections of the Site. Any such additional or different terms will be posted on the applicable section of the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site. INFORMATION COLLECTION
As a visitor, you do not have to submit any personal information in order to use the Site. This Site collects personal information only if it is specifically and voluntarily provided by visitors. Such information may consist of, but is not limited to, your name, your company name, current job title, email address and telephone number. This Site may also collect content that you provide, including but not limited to postings on any blogs, forums, wikis and other social media applications and services that we may provide. We do not usually seek sensitive information (e.g., data relating to race or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, criminal record, physical or mental health or sexual orientation) from visitors. We will, where necessary, obtain your explicit consent to collect and use such information.
LOG INFORMATION, COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS
This Site collects standard Internet log information including your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring website addresses. UNSOLICITED IDEA SUBMISSION
Steerwise or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans or new product names. Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas, original creative artwork, suggestions or other works ("submissions") in any form to Steerwise or any of its employees. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Steerwise's solutions, services, products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Steerwise. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions. You agree that: (1) your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Steerwise, without any compensation to you; (2) Steerwise may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way; (3) there is no obligation for Steerwise to review the submission; and (4) there is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

APPLYING FOR JOBS
When you apply for a job on the Site, we will ask you to provide us with information about yourself, including information that may relate to the job you are interested in (e.g., level of interest in the job, security clearance information, etc.). As part of the application process we give you an opportunity to sign-up to receive ongoing communications from us regarding job openings that may be of interest to you. Through this process you can let us know what types of jobs you are interested and how frequently you would like to be updated regarding new job openings. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time. Please note that even if you do not sign-up to receive ongoing communications from us, we may use the information collected via this process to contact you regarding the job for which you applied.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you subscribe to receive email communications from us, we may send you email communications to alert you to company news and provide you with other company information. In addition, if you sign up to receive information regarding job opening that may be of interest to you, we may send you email communications based on the preferences you specified in connection with signing-up for such communications. We may also contact you regarding any jobs for which you applied, even if you did not sign-up to receive ongoing communications from us.
